ACCOMMODATION IS FREE! 

Accommodation is free for all participants in a double/triple room per person during the three nights of November 11, 12 and 13, 2026. The full accommodation at the hotel is provided for the conference days. The participants will stay in a double/triple room. Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener. Participants who prefer a double/triple room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room.Participants who prefer a single room can stay at the hotel by paying the single room difference.
